Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all measures and products arranged by Energy Funding Service (“we”, “us”, “our”) through funding or finance-based options, including but not limited to energy efficiency measures and installations carried out by approved installers.
1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Where applicable under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 calendar days from the date the agreement is entered into, provided that installation or works have not yet commenced.

Your request should include your full name, address, and application reference (if available).
2. Commencement of Works
If you request that works begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed.
If you cancel after work has commenced, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
3. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
Cancellations requested after the 14-day cooling-off period may not be accepted unless:
The installer is unable to proceed with the installation; or
There has been a material breach of contract.
Any cancellation after this period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to charges for work already completed or costs incurred.
4. Finance Agreements
Where measures or products are funded through a third-party finance provider, cancellation terms may also be governed by the finance provider’s agreement. Cancelling services does not automatically cancel a finance agreement unless confirmed in writing.
